A well-established restaurant located on Calle 8 in Miami is currently seeking a Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. We are looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and providing excellent customer service.

This position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and supporting the overall flow and organization of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner

Manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently

Answer phone calls and assist with basic inquiries or reservations

Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth table rotation

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Provide general information about the restaurant when needed

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Previous experience in customer service (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain organized and calm in a busy environment

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Valid authorization to work in the United States

Compensation:

Hourly pay: $16–$17 per hour

Tips included
