Excellent opportunity to join a growing team! We are actively seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Coordinator to support our operations center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a pivotal role dedicated to ensuring efficient daily operations and seamless client communication.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $16 per hour and a chance to work in a dynamic and professional environment.

Work Schedule
Regular Days: Monday through Friday.

Weekend Requirement: Availability to work two full weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) per month is mandatory.

Main Responsibilities
The Office Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external management, with duties including:

Staff Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate the assignments and workflow of our service staff.

Inbound Customer Calls: Professionally answer incoming customer calls to schedule services, address inquiries, and manage appointments.

Professional Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through clear and courteous communication at all times.

Office System Management: Effectively manage computer systems and office tools to maintain organized records and documentation.

Essential Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who combines strong administrative skills with excellent communication abilities:

Bilingual Skills are Essential: Excellent and fluent proficiency (both written and oral) in English and Spanish is required. This is non-negotiable for effective communication with our diverse client base and employees.

Prior Experience: Proven previous experience working in an office environment or a similar administrative role.

Organization and Detail: Must be a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and schedules without error.

Communication Skills: Strong professional communication skills to interact effectively and courteously with clients and team members.

Computer Proficiency: Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, etc.).
