Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional weekends on-call)

We are a well-established HVAC company based in Deerfield Beach, FL, currently seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position involves the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage: $27–$30 per hour

Additional performance-based commissions

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of HVAC systems in compliance with local codes and company standards

Inspection and testing of systems for proper functioning

Clear communication with clients and team members

Proper documentation and reporting of each project

Ensuring job sites are clean and safe upon completion

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in HVAC installation

Valid EPA Certification

Clean and valid driver’s license

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Strong work ethic and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
